Conference fees

Conference fees include admission to all scientific sessions, the publication of 1 paper in open access, conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches, social events.
Payments are processed in cooperation with our partner Jordan Group. Final deadline to pay fee is September 1st, 2024, via conference system.

Payment methods

• Credit card (online payment via PayU)
• Bank transfer (bank details are sent by email upon booking)
  
  Proforma invoice is sent by email automatically right after the order.
  Once payment is completed, the invoice is automatically issued and sent by email.

 

Cancellation

Notification of registration cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Jordan Congress Bureau by email: ewa.bochenek@jordan.pl Please quote your transaction number (ID). Transaction number (ID) will be allocated during the reservation process.

 

Refunds

• Before 31.12.2023 – full fee amount is refundable minus handling fee 65 € / 300 PLN
• Between 01.01.2024 – 15.07.2024 – only 50% of fee amount is refundable minus handling fee 65 €/ 300 PLN
• After 16.07.2024 – payment is non-refundable
   

On-site payment

Please note that it is not possible to pay the registration fee at the reception desk on site.

Accompanying persons

We would like to inform our participants that it is possible to bring accompanying persons to the conference. However, an additional payment will be required. Please note that the additional payment can be made online or on site, subject to availability. For further information, please contact the conference secretariat. We will be happy to assist you in any way we can.
